The Present - written at the beach

My past is long and long gone with so much history and happenings.

 I am much closer to my destination than I am to my embarkation point.

My future is much shorter than my past.  What will be in it? 

Now I have the present - the sound of the sea, the blue of the sky, the footprints in the sand, the quietness of my breath.

And the company of women, the comfort of women, the gentleness of this moment.
